Celecure, a dynamic drug discovery company with an innovative pipeline, has itīs main focus towards oncology. Our intention is to move our existing programs into human clinical trials, partner with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies with an expertise and recourses to conduct human clinical studies and to submit NDA.
Out licensing
Celecureīs leading program SB101 has shown in preclinical animal studies very promising efficacy and toxicology profile. SB101 belongs into the class of anti-angiogenic compounds targeting directly endothelial cell surface receptors. Celecure is currently optimizing the leading compound for specific oncology indications; studies targeting SB101 for non-oncology are in preparation. Despite the continuing internal efforts Celecure has started selecting the right partner for SB101 oncology indications.
In licensing
Celecure is always open to evaluate early-stage oncology programs. We are looking for programs with a well-established scientific rationale, and with proven efficacy. Toxicology results would be an additional advantage, however not required for a positive decision.
